At DIY Tool Supply / Freedom Farms / DIAG Cattle Co LLC, I was the main help for the online portion of the ECOM side of the business. I had created listings on Shopify, Big Commerce, Walmart, eBay, Wish, Amazon, and a few other smaller platforms - as well as listing items, I had worked on the backend of each of these platforms immensely, from performance and account health violations to customer support. I was the go-to person to figure out why sales pages were removed and resolve the issues in a timely manner to protect sales. or Shopify and Big Commerce, I had designed the entire customer side.
Along with the ECOM section, I was the in-house graphic designer, doing everything from creating logos to package designs.
With those things, I also worked on many side projects, a few notable ones being the unified invoice sheet I created, and a spreadsheet that compared our inventory and most recent purchase cost with average sales and the supplier's current price and inventory.
